Spartan Bootcamp

Group Training combines a circuit-style fitness class that develops overall strength, endurance, power, agility and balance with obstacle specific training. This class has progressive levels so that anyone, no matter the fitness level, can partake in our interval training. The hour long class involves an interval style workout with hands on obstacle training.
