Katie Winn Fitness exists to give mothers the physical and mental strength they to be the healthiest version of themselves so they can give their children the childhood they dreamed about for years.
I founded Katie Winn Fitness early into my husband and I’s journey to starting our family. Infertility, IVF, miscarriage, a difficult pregnancy followed by a long NICU stay – all these traumas ignited my passion for caring for mothers, but it solidified the Winn Health and Fitness Method and its foundation for helping woman become healthier versions of themselves WITHOUT making their lives harder, ignoring their daily stressors, or using an all or nothing diet approach.
